In the superb new two-part documentary GEORGE CARLIN’S AMERICAN DREAM, filmmakers Judd Apatow and Michael Bonfiglio explore the life and times of the great stand-up comedian. Spanning a half-century and more than a dozen HBO specials, Carlin’s career remains more relevant than ever today, more than a decade after his death. NBPT Docu Fest Program Director, who wrote a book about Carlin (SEVEN DIRTY WORDS), appears in the film!
